Trent Wayne is a Consulting Partner at ERA Group, bringing more than 25 years of experience across mortgage lending, financial sales, and marketing. He specializes in helping organizations navigate complex financial decisions and uncover opportunities for sustainable growth and cost optimization.

Throughout his career, Trent has built a strong track record as a Top Producer, combining deep industry knowledge with a client-first approach. His background in financial services, paired with his work in sales and marketing, enables him to deliver practical, results-driven solutions. At ERA Group, he leverages a global network of specialists to identify efficiencies and implement strategies that drive meaningful bottom-line impact.

Trent holds an MBA in Business Administration from Golden State University and a Bachelor’s of Finance from the University of Oregon. He’s a military veteran who a disciplined, strategic mindset to every client engagement.

Outside of his professional work, Trent is deeply committed to his community. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Lake Travis Chamber of Commerce and is the President nominee for the Rotary Club of Lakeway / Lake Travis.
