The Engage and Heal Foundation will host a Mental Health Literacy workshop to give community members a shared understanding of mental health. Join this interactive workshop to lean into mental health and encourage positive change throughout the community as we strive to break the stigma and explore the following concepts: Basic understanding of mental health challenges as opposed to diagnoses and illnesses Basic understanding of the foundation of mental health literacy Insight into examples of incorporating mental health literacy essentials into daily life Valuable springboards to incorporate mental health literacy conversations into home, school, and work settings Necessary resources accessible to feel empowered to continue the mental health journey
