About Us
Yoga by Dayna has been in business since 2013. As a child with scoliosis, Dayna has learned how to overcome chronic back pain through Yoga Therapy, a very specific branch of yoga instruction that is geared to people who suffer chronic back pain. Dayna has over 1,000 hours of training with a certification in Yoga Therapy and Personal Fitness Training. She is passionate about teaching us how to age gracefully through strengthen and balance training, and deep stretching. Many of her clients receive enormous benefit with Dayna's experience in the emotional pain that often accompanies our physical pain. Dayna works with clients in her home studio, in client's homes (for a travel fee), and in some of the Assisted Living Centers in Lakeway. Now is a great time to commit to your body, mind, and spirit through weekly private sessions with Dayna.
