Sweetwater Wildflower Festival
No place is crazier about wildflowers than Sweetwater. Come out for a day of fun and festivities as we kick off spring in the Texas Hill Country. The Sweetwater Wildflower Festival features family photos in the wildflowers, a trolley tour of 7 model homes, fun and games on the athletic fields, Austin food truck fare with lunch and treats available to purchase from P. Terry's, Stony's Pizza, Kona Ice and Schmidt Family BBQ, live local music and more.

Sweetwater is located 5 miles west of the Hill Country Galleria on Highway 71. FROM DOWNTOWN AUSTIN - Take Loop 1 (MoPac) south 4 miles to Southwest Parkway exit on right. Turn right onto Southwest Parkway and go 7 miles until road T's into Hwy 71. Right on Hwy 71 8 miles to Pedernales Summit Parkway. Turn left. The Welcome Center will be on your right
