Summer Soccer Camp

World Wide Soccer offers a challenging and fun soccer training program to Bastrop Youth Soccer Organization in 2016! Camps on offer include half day and mini kickers, each program offering a different training format and challenge. 2016 is the European Championships in France as well as the Rio Olympics, so learn about these nations at camp and and represent your Nation in our week-long World Cup. Start a love for soccer that will last a life time. Half day players will enjoy technical training through technical games and exercises and through the use of small-sided games. Play will move from 1v1 through to 4v4, with tactical elements as well as technical, to improve decision making ability and speed of play. Every day the half day players will compete in the "World Wide Soccer World Cup"; a week long tournament with finals on the last day of camp! Our Mini Kickers program offers a very enjoyable curriculum, allowing players to develop the ABC’s of athletics (agility, balance & coordination) and introducing them to basic skills and rules of soccer through games and motor skill activities. No matter the age group, every player can expect maximum touches on the ball, unchallenged and challenged games and coached scrimmages; we aim to improve speed of play, accuracy of technique and increase decision making ability in all our players.
