The Spirit of '45 Commemoration is the 70th Anniversary of the signing of the peace docu ments by the Japanese on September 2, 1945 (date/time zone change). There will be reserved seating for WWII veterans and widows who are listed in the Lakeway phone book. Otherwise, general seating will be available for all others attending. A recording of FDR's speech to the Congress will be played; the San Marcos squadron of the CAF will provide a fly-over with WWII vintage aircraft at 7 p.m. sharp.
