Through his International Studies degree at Texas A&M University, Adam was able to expose himself to many different cultural approaches. He attended the University of Houston College Pharmacy where he was introduced to a world of sick-care, which has led him to drive more focus towards preventative care and a mindset of a more individualized patient-centered approach.
Adam feels that lifestyle is the main factor in determining one?s health, which is why he has focused his energy on opening a wellness destination where food, movement, socializing, wellness education and stress reduction is at it?s core. At the age of 35, Adam is concentrated on opening a 7,500 square foot integrative wellness home in Bee Cave, TX and beginning work on a Costa Rica wellness retreat.
