There's a popular saying in Texas that perfectly describes Brent Allison. It says “I wasn't born in Texas, but I got here as fast as I could.” Brent attended the University of Texas at Austin and earned a BA degree in Liberal Arts. If his time in Austin as a Longhorn wasn't enough to convince him to stick around (it was), his marrying a Native Texan did. Brent and his wife Melanie have 3 sons and are actively involved in their church and in numerous community affairs.
Billy Leavings, Owner of QualTech Automotive
Billy Leavings created QualTech Automotive 5 years ago and expanded into the Lake Travis area 2 years ago. Billy has spent his entire life in the automotive industry. He graduated from the University of Houston in 2001 with a degree Economics. He spent the next 9 years managing auto repair shops. In 2009, the company he worked for was sold to a venture capital company and Billy decided it was time to start his own company. He lives in the Lake Travis area with his wife Cindy and 2 sons Jake and Josh.

Dawn Langerock’s, Rocks Premium MixersDawn Langerock, Co-Founder of Rocks Premium Mixers is an entrepreneur, business coach and national speaker. She has over 20 years of experience in behavioral psychology, marketing and entrepreneurship. Growing up in an entrepreneurial family her father gave Dawn her 1st business card and title at the age of 12.
Dawn spent 15 years inside of corporate America as an Executive Coach and Trainer, advising & consulting with C-Suite executives. In 2013 she and her husband formed Rocks Brands International, a company specializing in premium cocktail mixers. In April of 2014 they launched their first product, Rocks Mai Tai Mix. To date, Rocks has 4 premium mixers on the market. Rocks products can be found at Twin Liquors, Spec’s, Total Wine & More, and several independent liquor stores throughout Texas.

Steve is an accomplished executive with 30 years of diverse experience working with Startups, Turn-arounds and World class Technology firms.
Steve graduated college with a dual major in business management and finance. He then obtained certifications as both a CPA and a CPIM, finally attending Harvard business school to round out his education.
He has held various positions as General manager, Chief Financial Officer, Division President, President and in his last 11 years in corporate America he served as CEO. First at a software company specializing in high tech security, then here in the Austin area at a company focused in the energy sector.
After leaving corporate life, he spent 3 years trading options before co-founding Rock Brands International with his wife Dawn, where he is currently CEO. Rocks Brands produces and sells Premium Cocktail mixes through major retailers, independent liquor stores and select Bars & Restaurants.
