Lakeway Regional Medical Center CEO David Kreya to speak at public forum Tuesday, March 27 at 7 PM Lakeway Regional Medical Center CEO David Kreye and local real estate expert Kenn Renner with Keller Williams will be hosting a forum regarding the upcoming completion of the hospital on Tuesday, March 27th at 7 PM. The forum will be in the Keller Williams Lake Travis Market Center, located at 1921 Lohman's Crossing. David Kreye will be discussing the hospital's grand opening, employment, scope of the project and current construction status. He will also conduct a Q & A session with the general public. Real estate expert Kenn Renner will be discussing the hospital's effects on the local real estate market as well as the current housing shortage in the Lakeway area. He will cover the latest specialty home loan products for doctors, professionals, and ''hometown heroes'' such as nurses and support staff. ''The opening of the Lakeway Regional Medical Center marks the first major employer that is going to be based in Lakeway and we are excited about that'' Renner stated recently. ''The positive impact to Lakeway is huge and we are ready to serve the hospital employees' housing needs whether it be leasing or purchasing a home.
