Scott Finley - Finley's Barber Shop
Scott Finley has been in the beauty industry for over 20 Years. Always having a passion for his craft, he decided five years ago to go after and capture the men’s grooming market. He had one vision in mind, and that was to create an unforgettable experience for men. In 2008 the first Finley’s Barber Shop opened in Lakeway and soon after that they opened in Westlake. Now Finley’s has expanded into the Dallas market opening in Plano and Southlake and soon to be opening in Downtown Austin at the end of March.
Buzz Watkins, Sail & Ski Center
Graduated from University of Texas Business School in 1981 with a Marketing Degree. Buzz’s father was in the boat business, which always intrigued him. In high school Buzz worked at J Rich Sports selling water and snow sporting goods. In 1977 he co-founded the Sail & Ski Center. Buzz has been a resident of Lakeway since 1991.
Tony Ciola, Tony C's and The League
Third generation restaurateur Tony Ciola discovered his inherent passion for the restaurant industry while bussing tables at his family’s Italian restaurant after a shoulder injury suddenly ended his college baseball career at Trinity University. Against his parents desires, Tony continued to work and eventually excel as a Manager of the restaurant before opening their second family restaurant Tony C’s Coal Fired Pizza and then The League Kitchen and Tavern, which was co-founded and co-owned by long time friend Creed Ford IV.
By the age of 28 Tony Ciola co owns and operates TC4 & Co which manages over four million dollars in revenue and nearly 100 employees with both numbers expected to triple by the end of 2013.

Just for Fun Inc. – July 1987 to Present
Started business upon graduation from college. Expanded business to Dallas, Corpus Christi and Conroe. Sold out of town locations and continue to operate original location on Lake Travis.

On-the-water convenience stores.
Eriksen Marine- 2000-2012
Boat sales and repair. Sold share to partner 2012.
Carlos n Charlies- 2001-Present
Restaurant on Lake Travis.
Café Blue- 2007-Present
Restaurant on Lake Travis. Second location opened in Hill Country Galleria 2011.
