Potato Gnocchi Dough Russet Potatoes, Eggs, Flour – basic dough (Some Demo & most dough done ahead of time for guests to work with) Forming & Cooking Gnocchi Using hands, guests will roll out dough into long ropes and cut into pieces. Using dowels and forks, guests will form each piece into gnocchi and then cook. Tomato Cream Sauce Caramelized Aromatics, Tomato, Herbs, Stock, Cream. Served with Gnocchi & Pecorino Romano.
