She experienced childhood sexual abuse and her vision for this world is to transform & heal so billions of people can reclaim their personal power, use their voice, live with joy & create a kinder world.
Kalpa has 20 years of experience including several leadership and executive roles within fortune 500 companies in financial services & healthcare including General Electric, American Express, Early Warning Services (Zelle/owned by nation's seven large banks) and Bristol-Myers Squibb in product management, fraud risk management, marketing, analytics & consulting. She has been a guest speaker at Google, Microsoft's Africa Development Center and also industry networks such as Financial Executives International. Her work has been featured on several podcasts. Kalpa has a MS in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and MA in Economics from Delhi School of Economics. Kalpa currently serves in the advocacy committee in the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO)'s Austin Chapter.
Born in a mining town in India, Kalpa moved away from her family at age 16 for higher education. In her mid 20s, she relocated to the US. After 16 years in Phoenix, Kalpa now lives in Austin with her husband, Arnab and their ten-year-old son, Aryan.
