Bring the kids, the dogs, friends and family. What could be more fun that a neighborly run/walk surrounded by one of the most colorful arrays of wildflowers in the Austin area. Don't forget to bring your camera or phone. The photo opps will stop you in your tracks. Grab your sneakers. See you at beautiful Sweetwater, where the Hill Country has gone wild with wildflowers. Sweetwater is located 5 miles west of the Hill Country Galleria on Highway 71. FROM DOWNTOWN AUSTIN - Take Loop 1 (MoPac) south 4 miles to Southwest Parkway exit on right. Turn right onto Southwest Parkway and go 7 miles until road T's into Hwy 71. Right on Hwy 71 8 miles to Pedernales Summit Parkway. Turn left. The Welcome Center will be on your right
