Natalie Safertal Masri
Natalie Safertal Masri is senior director of special projects for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Center for Women in Business (CWB), an initiative dedicated to advancing women in business. Masri manages research, programs, events, and communications while working with women executives, entrepreneurs, military spouses, and the Chamber?s Federation of local and state chambers across the country. She presents on the economic, financial, and social grounds for advancing women into leadership positions, as well as steps companies can take to better incorporate women at every level.
Prior to joining CWB, Masri was senior director of programs at the National Chamber Foundation, now known as the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation. She oversaw programming on a wide range of topics and worked closely with the Chamber?s policy experts to identify, analyze, and develop solutions for the most important emerging issues facing business.
Earlier, Masri worked for the Chamber?s Business Civic Leadership Center (BCLC) where she promoted partnerships between the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.
Masri spent time working in Prague, Czech Republic, at the Center for Democracy and Free Enterprise (CDFE), a non-governmental organization dedicated to integrating the Czech Republic into NATO and the European Union and to promoting active citizen involvement in democratic processes.
A native Canadian, Masri is a graduate of the University of Calgary. She resides in Charlottesville, Virginia, with her husband and their three children.

She serves on the Board of Directors and as an Ambassador for the Lake Travis Chamber of Commerce and was selected as their Volunteer of the Year for 2013. Annmarie is a member of National Association of College Admissions Counselors (NACAC), Texas Association of College Admissions Counselors (TACAC) and The National Collegiate Advocacy Group. She is a proud graduate from the University of Texas at Austin, where she received a BS in Speech Communications.
